That’s right Reddit……me!

I know a long time ago he told me not to bother coming to watch him live, when I saw he was playing Glasgow though I knew I had to go.

As we know I haven’t always been complimentary of Peter on here and I regret that.

I’ve read many positive reviews of Hooky live but I wanted to see it for myself.

I thought he was fantastic, I thought the band sounded brilliant, polished yet raw sounding big and yet intimate.

I sort of knew what to expect watching Hooky a bit of ego, a showman, a performer.
I think what I loved about it most was how passionate he was about it, you could feel how much he loves it like the music flowing through him.

I think for me to finally see him live the guy who’s written and played bass on in my opinion some of the best songs ever made was a really beautiful thing.

I actually got a bit emotional at one point thinking we need to cherish these while we can as one day we won’t have the opportunity to see them all live again and it’s absolute privilege isn’t it?
To hear New Order songs be played live is just wonderful and something everyone should experience.

So Peter I’m so sorry man, I take everything I said in the past back. I hope you can forgive me.

Also I bought a tee as I know that’s where the real money is and I like to support the artists and going to gigs so I shall wear my Hooky 26 tee with pride on the weekend.
