-Toriel, Asgore and Asriel: German, because of their surname "Dreemurr" is very similar to the German surname Traeumer/Träumer, specifically they have ancestors from Thuringia
-Kris being adopted is probably a New Englander (Hometown is 100% in Massachussets)
-Carol is a Swedish Reindeer, Rudy is a Mexican Mule Deer (Technically IRL they can't reproduce but they ain't the same species here, so...). Noelle and Dess are Mexican-Swedish (Noelle took all the Whiteness)
-Undyne looks extremely Russian (Or probably Slavic) to me NGL
-Alphys and Pizzapants are New Englanders, I can't see how Alphys isn't white.
-Alvin (And his family in general, including the Old Man) have recent English Ancestry
-Sans and Papyrus are Arab. Sans just gives me that vibe, and by proxy Papyrus too.
