Who are the TWC/Scott Rudins of today?

Obviously not in terms of their deplorable behavior, but the types of movies they make. Back in the day, those were the guys who took big swings on projects that wouldn't fit into studio slates. Good, compelling projects with merit outside of just chasing the global BO.

Are there any comparable producers of today? The Parts & Labor guys come to mind. Is it A24 and their network of producers? Or up and coming folks who focus on those type of projects and are gaining recognition?

Favorite fat, wimpy actor who, even if he did take a bunch of ju jitsu classes, you'd annihilate in a fight so bad he'd pee his pants and cry and beg for mercy and crap his pants?

Pictures aren't important to me. They're not movies.

Unless the pictures move and there's a lot of them and they fill at least 120 minutes, they're really pretty worthless and not worth posting about at all.

S2 Frank Semyon quote

I somehow can't find this anywhere: doesn't Vince Vaughan's character (among other ridiculous shit he says) have some line that's like "we're at warp speed and I'm just navigating the blur" or some variation of that?

Thanks

Someone good at drawing draw me a comic

I will split the profits with you (potentially big time profits). Here's what happens: a guy finds a genie lamp. He gets 3 wishes. First wish: he wishes for the genie to suck him off. The genie obeys. Second wish: the guy wishes to be hard again. The genie obeys. Third wish: the guy wishes for the genie to suck him off.

ChatGPT is woke and won't make it. Thank you.
