Back story, I’ve been depressed for 20 years, mostly from body dysmorphia. Been committed a few times for it. Last year I went through TMS treatment, and 6 months later, my depression is in full remission. Since feeling better, I’ve begun actually cooking meals again. I’ve gained a few pounds not much. But recently saw a picture I was tagged in, and I didn’t see a skeleton for once. I even read for my height, I’m right in the sweet spot weight wise. I was mentioning this to a coworker. Their response was: “That can’t be true, you are skin and bones”
I was instantly thrown into spiraling. This was a week ago and it’s all I can think about. I’m back in the swamp of sadness, and want to disappear completely 😞
As I’ve stated before, I 100 percent do not need this treatment. After a round of TMS, my depression, anxiety and SI is in full remission. I went to my latest appointment, asking to be tested for unchecked ADHD. But I was sent to Spravato instead. The first session was fun. But the second I felt nothing. It’s a time suck on my life, and I wanted to ask the doctor why I was sent here, as I think it’s 100% a cash grab from my insurance.
Today was my second treatment. The doctor came in to talk to me, but they were checking my blood pressure, and he said that he would get back to me
20 minutes later, they tell me my ride is here and I’m free to leave. I say I haven’t talked to the doctor yet. They said they would talk to me my next appointment. I said that’s the thing, I don’t want another appointment. I just want to be tested for ADHD. They then tell me to call around for that testing, when the clinic i go to , does testing in house. I sat there for 45 minutes demanding that the doctor return so I could speak to him. He never came. I called the front desk people scammers that don’t care about people, just their money and I would never consider coming back, even for the psychiatrist.

I really just want to be tested for ADHD, but they suggested this. I feel no depression or anxiety after doing TMS treatment last year. Curious to try it once to see how it feels. But what will it do for me??? Will it make me worse?
I’m going to a convention as Jason Voorhees, but my legs are toothpicks. I need something with thighs and butt padding. Any help would be appreciated
