Help a beginner with tying off project?

I am completely new to this hobby and I am trying to make my own hand fasting cord. So far I have the finished braids and knots I want. The problem is I don’t know how to remove it from the dowel and tie it off and I don’t know how to tie off the other end. I cannot find any videos or picture tutorials. Unfortunately written word instructions just do not make any sense to me. I used a ten strand braid so what’s the best way to go about this so I don’t lose all of my work? I have spent longer trying to find a tutorial to tie off than it took to actually make the thing.
Thank you for your assistance.

Dropped my Ajovy on the floor is it unusable ?

I’m literally panicking because my first one malfunctioned so I got a second one and dropped it. I don’t see cracks but I see more bubbles. Can I still use it ? I’m not understanding what they mean by too many bubbles. I’m already paranoid and spend around two or three hours crying before I take these so this doesn’t help and I don’t know if I’d be able to get another one. Should I just go without for this month or is this usable ?

Can Ollivander get some rounds of applause ?

So when we brought him home as a rescue he couldn’t barely lift himself up or climb anything. He didn’t have anything in his tank to do so and was left inside a tank for the first couple years of his life and was super chunky. Not to mention poor lighting set up. Well my fiancé and I have spent a lot of time rehabbing him and now he can climb up pillows to get on the couch by himself! He just did it today without prompting and I am just proud of him 😭😂.

Frustration with Ajovy and advice ?

I am limited on treatments due to other health conditions so I am pretty much limited to Botox , ajovy, and ubrelvy to live somewhat normal. To preface I am already sensitive to needle pain so even the Botox is quite uncomfortable. I had to do my fourth Ajovy and I am so sick of them. They hurt terribly every time I do them and it doesn’t seem to matter which part I use( thigh, stomach, arms). It’s just miserable. I’ve tried , massaging , icing , etc prior to injecting but I just absolutely dread it. I have had full meltdowns just trying to get brave enough to inject myself. Which is what happened yesterday. Took me over and hour and a half of holding it over my leg and balling my eyes out. So I guess I’m venting because I just hate all of it and wish I wasn’t dizzy all the time so I wouldn’t have to get so many injections.
Any advice on making the experience easier would be wonderful. Or anything you’ve done to help calm yourself or handle the pain.
