It’s how he looked in the 1998 Silver Surfer show. He didn’t really have any connection to Thor, he was a different species, and he didn’t even use Stormbreaker, but I still think it’s a neat look for him. It looks ugly, but ugly good, like Zur-En-Arrh Batman. I’m not a big fan of most of Bill’s alts, but I think this one would’ve really stood out.

I hope they do a second color palette update for the game and add this in.
