I’m looking to fly business class for the first time to Paris sometime around May. I’m seeing Air France business class awards going for around 250k Flying Blue points one way. Is this pretty typical? I thought I saw significantly cheaper redemptions in different posts. I’m wondering if this is about as cheap as it gets
I tried to get a letter of medical necessity from my primary care doctor by messaging him through the Kaiser portal. I found out today from a nurse that Kaiser does not provide letters of medical necessity. Super annoying. Instead, they suggested I contact my local Release of Information office to see if they can provide alternative documentation.
I use Via Benefits. Does anyone know how Kaiser’s alternative documentation has worked for HSA reimbursement when a letter of medical necessity is required?

If not, I think the closest places are the Ranch 99s in Torrance or Gardena, but they only seem to have live shrimp occasionally. Is there an easy way to check beforehand? I don’t want to drive 40 minutes only to find out they don't have any in stock
