The problem is a lot of the stuff they say the cards revealed either isn’t true, is exaggerated, or completely twists situations. Then I end up arguing about my own thoughts and intentions while being called a liar because “the cards said otherwise.” This happens multiple times a week.

I’ve also started feeling uncomfortable mentally because it feels like my privacy is constantly being picked apart spiritually. I know some people don’t believe tarot can actually invade someone’s mind, but regardless of beliefs, the behavior itself is exhausting.

I’ve seen some people talk about “blocking” readings spiritually, making readings become unclear/confusing, or protecting your energy so people can’t get accurate reads on you or your family. I’ve heard of things like:
protection prayers
visualization/shielding
mirrors/return-to-sender ideas
making readings come out inconsistent or unreadable
grounding/protection rituals

I don’t have experience with spiritual practices outside of random TikTok stuff, so I don’t really know what’s legit and what isn’t. So even a guide on how I can as a beginner would be helpful
