RX 580 Upgrade for Forza Horizon 6

Looking to play FH6 at 1080p medium ish settings and its looking like I've got to upgrade my RX 580 😞 Here are the specs of my machine:

Ryzen 5 5500
32GB DDR4
ASRock B450M Pro4
Radeon RX 580 8GB

Budget is probably around $400 CAD, this isn't an upgrade I really wanted to make and I don't want to put more money into this PC. The problem is I'm midway through university and I don't know where I'm going to be in 2-4 years, so building a PC now isn't really a good idea. Also, I mostly play indie games and Rocket League, my RX 580 runs everything I play fine, so going super high end doesn't really make sense for me. I also do some light editing in DaVinci Resolve at 1080p, which my RX 580 also handles

Right now I am looking at one of the following
- RTX 3060 or 3060 Ti
- Radeon RX 6600, 6700 or 6700XT
- Intel Arc B580

Am I in the right ballpark? Also, whats the best way to go about finding cards that are this old? It doesn't make sense for me to buy something new and top of the line, but I am a bit apprehensive about buying something used in case I get hit by one of those Wish/Temu fake GPUs.

So you didn't get in to your top choice school...

This is from someone who didn't get into their top choice school a few years ago. A very common thing this time of year is to go on this subreddit and see an insane amount of crashouts. You will likely see over the next couple days more crashouts at school or people skipping because they didn't get in to Waterloo.

You've got 1 maybe at most 2 or 3 days to get over the rejection, then focus on where you're going next year. You will thank yourself. Nobody's gonna remember this day five years down the road, you're gonna enjoy it wherever you go it really doesn't matter as much as everyone thinks. If in a few years you still think it matters, you're stuck in high school
