Altia second interview, what should I expect?

I passed my first interview with Altia and I've finished the Q&A form and my reference check. What should I expect from the second interview? Other posts talk about a lesson test, is that something I'll have to do? I did an Introductory lesson video as part of my initial application.

Thank you for your help in advance.

[TOMT] [VIDEO] funny ghost video on YouTube

I remember finding a video on YouTube around 10 years ago, I only ever saw it on compilations so I never got the title.

The video started with a girl dancing or something in a living room and a head pokes around the corner then goes back. The woman holding the camera goes to where the head was and a "ghost" that looks like the ghost from The Ring is at the top of the stairs, the woman for some reason shouts "a bitch!" (At least I think that's what she said. I'm still so confused why she said that), then they run outside the house and if I remember correctly, I think the shadow of the "ghost" can be seen moving across the windows.

This is the most confusing mistake I've ever seen

If you ever feel bad in life, just remember someone at McDonald's managed to put the burger on the outside of the bun

Is this job seedy? Taiwan

I'm currently finishing uni and applying to jobs. I was looking at jobs on Dave's ESL Cafe and saw a job in Taiwan that said teachers should move to the country on a 90 day visitor visa before switching to a work permit after arrival.

Is this usually how things go or was I right to pass it off as too fishy? I don't think it's right to switch visas once I get there if I'm supposed to have been hired beforehand

I keep getting rejected, what now?

I got an interview with EPIK this week and was confident about it, I should have known my life wouldn't allow that so I just got rejected. Again. I've been rejected from JET, all the other Japanese companies like Amity, everything. I prefer Japan but thought epik wouldn't hurt.

What do I do now? I'm out of companies in Japan, what countries should I look for next and what can I do to actually get accepted? Every single company refuses to say why I'm not worth hiring.

If it helps, I'll get my BA in Japanese, TESOL and Linguistics in July and I'll be taking an online CELTA course from july-september, I volunteered as a teacher at my uni in Japan for a year and I currently have a job as a teaching assistant.

I'm also born and raised in the UK and have a British passport

Why do less people use protection during oral sex than with normal sex?

You can still get STDs from oral so why are people much more relaxed about not using protection when doing it?

Just got stood up by an interviewer twice.

I had a job interview for a bar staff role at a club. I have been wanting to work as a bartender for years, I've been applying for three years now and all I've gotten were interviews. I want the job so badly.

I got an interview at a club for yesterday on Teams, I joined the meeting, 10 minutes pass and nothing so I send an email asking if she'll be attending. An hour later I get a reply saying the internet cut out and asking to reschedule.

I attend the rescheduled meeting, 10 minutes later she's still not there so I send another email. This was 19 hours ago and I've still not gotten a reply. I just sent her an email saying this was extremely unprofessional and that she should respect people's time instead of messing around and that she should get some respect, it goes a long way.

I spent a combined total of an hour waiting only for my time to be wasted without a single apology. My time is important to me, not other people though.
