Hi all,

Any excuse to organize a giveaway is a good one. So in solidarity with our American friends who celebrate their Independence Day today, I'm doing a 4th of July inspired giveaway. We all know that on the 4th of July we commemorate the day that that guy from I, Robot and that guy from Jurassic Park flew an alien spaceship into outer space and nuked an alien mothership. Although I could be wrong on the history behind this holiday. Nonetheless, I'll be giving away a key for the Steam game: This Means Warp.

This Means Warp is an intense spaceship management roguelite co-op for 1-4 players. Explore a procedurally generated universe, upgrade your ship, battle dangerous enemies and adapt your strategies to survive in a hostile galaxy.

My 13 year old son is into Metroidvania games. He's played Undertale, Hollow Knight, Silksong, Nine Sols and MIO. Recently he's wondering if he'd like Soulslike games. Recommend a Soulslike game that you've enjoyed or have heard good things about.

A local GoG legend and fellow member whom I deeply respect recently announced that he was demotivated from gifting because people didn't read and follow instructions. I must admit that I am far less patient than he is. So if you fail to follow the above instructions, I will simply not consider you for this giveaway. I will handpick both winners, with the help of 2 innocent helping hands that I happen to have running around in my house. We will take all eligible entries and put them in a proverbial hat and draw 2 winners, who will be contacted by PM with the key. If you happen to win, I'd appreciate a little confirmation that you were able to activate the game. If for some reason the key doesn't work, I apologize, but life sometimes deals a bad hand. I'm fairly new to the Reddit world and this community. I've participated in a few giveaways as a taker. Haven't been lucky enough to win a game, but it's been lots of fun browsing through the offers and discovering new games, feeling the excitement to join a giveaway, the sweet sorrow of finding out someone else won only for that feeling to be replaced by the joy of discovering a new giveaway. Suffice it to say that despite my short membership, I already love this place.

Anyway, I wanted to give something back to the community, so I'm giving away a key for Raceborn. I got it through a Mystery Steam PC Key purchase. It claims to be region-free, so anyone can join, as long as your Reddit account is at least 10 days old and you have 150 comment karma (sub rules).
