Where do you draw the line on mods going from useful/QOL to "this is just cheating"

Basically title.

As an example, a mod that would increase your uses of demonic rage or make it limitless. Demonic rage is already one of the single strongest self-buffs in the game and having essentially endless uses is obviously incredibly powerful.

On the flip side, because you have such limited uses of it you're spending most of your time actively not benefiting from the strongest aspect of your mythic path which feels terrible.

Questions about lore regarding a character for Wrath of the Righteous

Hello, good people.

I have two questions that hopefully someone with a better understanding of the system, setting and lore can help me answer as I am creating a character for the CRPG version of Wrath of the Righteous. My plan is to write an in character journal of the events happening in the game but I like to understand as much as I can and have a clear backstory in mind while writing and having said backstory make logical sense within the lore, allowing for some homebrewing if it makes sense.

Feel free to only answer the question that interest you rather than feeling like you have to answer all of them.

1: I am creating a town on the eastern coast of Mendev called Torchcove. Relatively small population, roughly 6000 people, with it's main deity of worship being Erastil. I understand that other gods can be worshiped individually but would it make sense for there to be smaller groups of worship? Specifically Asmodeus, Gozreh and Desna. Asmodeus worshipers being Lawful Neutral rather than Lawful Evil so characters that might be politicians, bureaucrats or store owners.

2: The character I am making will be, as of right now, an elf but I have questions about how they age as due to ingame dialogue and lore having a character that is 120+ years old sadly doesn't really fit with the plot, annoyingly, so the character would have to be around 110ish years old at most. The problem is that according to lore I have read on elves this means they are barely more mature than a 20 year old human which is not the kind of character I want to write. Does it make sense for me to simply homebrew out this facet of elven lore and say that an 80 year old elf has the maturity of a 50ish year old human?
