Good deal or nightmare of a bike

So I found this bike in my area, and I'm looking for a project bike and I've never had a Yamaha before. I clearly won't be buying if they can't get me a dup title. Here's the description

Won’t start, replaced the stator but battery won’t stay charged, will need a tow, i’m tired of messing with it. No title but i do have registration.

Throws code 46 and code 12

also just did a fresh oil change. 0 miles on the oil.

less than 200 miles on tires,

m4 slip on exhaust

brand new stator

What do y'all think, should I stay away from it or run to it with a wad of cash if they can get a dup title?

Selling my ct100u, how much should I post it for?

So I want to sell or trade my stretched ct100u, how much should I post it for. I got it in a trade and I have had it for a while. It has a 212 predator hemi with a custom exhaust and a keihin carb that takes a 50mm air filter. It has a 12 inch swing arm that uses the stock mounting point so it can be made a hard tail again. It's really fun to ride and is actually really fun on dirt bike trails and I kept up with my cousin on our local trail when he was on his crf250f around the winding trails, he left me on the straight aways. The foot peg on the right needs to be welded back on, my cousin some how broke it off with a lawnmower.

Getting in to cowboying

So I want to get into being a cowboy, but not sure how. I'm a country boy but the most cowboy think I've done is raised 2 cows and I'm not bad with a rope (I could be better). I'm 18, but I can barely ride a horse. I'm in Oklahoma, so I know there's jobs around but I'm not sure how to get into them. I'm really just looking for some advice on how to get into the business.

Casual protective riding gear

So I've seen some of those riding hoodies, flannels, and jeans that are supposed to protect you in a crash. But do they really? What is y'all's opinions and experiences with them?

Welding training in Oklahoma?

So I'm an 18 fresh out of highschool and looking to go to school for tig welding but I'm unsure where to go. I know that I will not be going to tulsa welding school (I've had too many people say that they don't teach you what you need to know). There is a local trade school, ICTC, that teaches basic welding, should I go to that first to get the basics before I go for tig specific training. Again I'm not that informed on what to look for in a school. I'm in Northeast Oklahoma. Any helpful advice would be appreciated.
