Hello Fellow Daoist's, I am seeking guidance on the location of scholarly texts approved by many disciples of different sects (peer-reviewed) and published and shared in many sect library's (journals) on the Xianxia and cultivation genre. I am working on a assignment from the mission hall and am looking for proper background to support my text. If anybody can find any it is much appreciated. If any sect elders who have a scholarly background knows of such hidden texts please help this little Daoist.

OOC: I'm looking for actual texts published in journals in the academic community for a school project. My main thesis will be on how Xianxia reflects modern societies fantasy of progressing in social class, etc...

I've been thinking of getting this game for awhile while trying my best to avoid spoilers or whatever. I'm just wondering if the DLC's are any good and worth getting and if they add much content. Thanks!

I'm around halfway through the second book and I'm wondering if Lo get's any redemption or realizes the horrible things he's doing. If he keeps staying like this I'm probably gonna drop it because I don't really want to see him devolve further and further as the story goes on.

What are some cool tricks in combat you could do with stasis as a soldier back in medieval times? Like shooting a dude with a stone arrow and then shattering it in their gut after it pierces through.

The idea is that you take blind fighting feat, use Shillelagh to go all in for wisdom and then use fog cloud as cover to attack. Would this work practically? I know the 2024 ranger has a big focus on hunters mark and fog cloud does use concentration. Probably gonna go for gloom stalker ranger for the flavor and potential darkness? The other option would be a eldritch knight fighter with shillelagh and fog cloud. Any ideas on which would be more effective?

(PS: the reason I'm going shillelagh instead of regular dex ranger is so i can take the cloying mists feat buffing fog cloud and giving me a wis/int buff.)

When I'm looking for recommendations I can only skip ahead in 2 page increments. I'm pretty sure this is pretty easy to implement so if anyone knows the website developer or something please tell them to add a little box where you can type in the page number you want please.
