EQD Afterneath vs Mr. Black Bloodmoon vs OBNE Dark Star reverb for Doom/Doomgaze/Shoegaze sound

Out of the three reverb pedals, what would be the best for Doom/Doomgaze/Shoegaze? I would be using an FZ-2 style fuzz, Proco Rat, and Green Russian Big Muff as my main distortion. I am also up to hearing other suggested reverb pedals.

Flow limitations not lowering on BiPAP/Bilevel

I am getting frustrated because I can't get my flow limitations to lower for UARS. Will the flow limitations lower only when I hit a sweet spot with EPAP, IPAP, PS etc. or is BiPAP not working for me? I had slightly better days on CPAP. I have my SleepHQ below for reference. If anybody can help, it would be very much appreciated. I am just trying to get a good night's rest.

First full night of CPAP. How do my readings look according to SleepHQ?

I got diagnosed with sleep apnea last week(probably more aligned with UARS high rdi/low ahi but doc from Lofta said sleep apnea). Anyways, I had my first full night of using my CPAP which was kind of difficult but hopefully I will eventually get adjusted to it. Anything abnormal like breathing events on my SleepHQ chart that I should note? Also, any tips/tricks I should make to my CPAP to make it more effective? Thanks for all your help! https://sleephq.com/public/teams/share_links/75f00155-7d38-4cc2-9495-17360aef26e5/dashboard

OSCAR not uploading data

I just got OSCAR and it is not uploading my data via SD card. I made sure I am choosing the right folder when transfering data and locked/unlocked sd card. I am using an AirSense 10 AutoSet. I had no issue uploading data to SleepHQ but OSCAR is not working. I even removed and downloaded the program without luck.

Any sites where a prescription is not needed for a BiPAP?

My doctor will only prescribe a CPAP, which I am going to try out since some people have luck on CPAP. I know you can Airbreak your device, which I don't feel comfortable doing. With that being said, I know treating UARS may have a better outcome with BiPAP, so I want to prepare just in case CPAP fails. Where can I get BiPAP machine without a prescription? Kind of frustrating I have to go this route, plus I don't have insurance, so the cost of the machines aren't helping.

Can high anxiety and panic attacks skew WatchPAT One results home test?

If you're panicking, night terrors, and high anxiety the night of test, can it affect the results and give false readings(ex: higher ahi or rdi)?

What bilevel machine would be preferred for UARS?

Which of the two machines below would be best to treat UARS, or is it dependent on the person?

Anybody had luck with CPAP for UARS?

My doctor will only prescribe a CPAP, so I am going to try the CPAP route. I know BiPAP may be better for UARS, but this may be my only option right now. The CPAP machine is an Airsense 10. I am hoping I can get some relief with CPAP.
