Watch dial printing

Hi all, I am currently creating my own custom watch and have acquired all the parts except for the dial.
I have a custom design for a watch dial but am not sure how to print it onto my dial.
I have the raw brass dials which was laser cut to accommodate for the date wheel, indices feet etc.
I tried doing UV printing on a flatbed and the quality was horrible, it was very smudged, grainy and illegible.
After enquiring in some stores I was told that sticker printing is the next best option but I’m not too sure how that would fair. I
thought about pad printing but from my research it is not recommended to pad printing the dial colour and to only print the tracks, logos etc.
I would just like to know how I can print my dial with great precision and have clear and legible dials. I’m printing 3 dials and one of them is a white dial, sector dress watch, the other is a pilots black dial watch, and the last one is a red fume diver.
Many many thanks in advance for the help!

How to remove canon pinion

Hi all, I recently got into watchmaking and would want to try to service my first watch soon, however I’m not sure how to remove the canon pinion. I don’t have a canon pinion remover nor do I have a presto tool, I do have tweezers and hand remover tools, would this be enough or would I have to purchase the tools? Thanks!

How to secure hour markers to dial?

Hi all, I’m currently creating a dial and am attaching the indices for it, the indices or hour markers have feet at the back and would just like to know how to secure it to the dial to ensure they don’t fall off. Ive heard that soldering the back is a good idea but is there any other approach to securely attach the indices to the dial? Thanks!

Fixes for single-domed crystal glare?

Hi all, I recently purchased a sapphire watch crystal that’s single domed and the watch reflects light a bit too much to the point where I can’t see the dial clearly. The watch doesn’t have any AR coating and would like to know how I can reduce the glare without purchasing a new crystal. Many thanks!

Watch strap/bracelet options

Hi all, I’m currently designing my first dive watch and am using a Tudor bb58 case, I’m not sure as to what strap/bracelet option I can use as most bracelets aren’t compatible with the bb58 case. I would really appreciate the help if you could let me know some strap/bracelet options that are water-friendly and can be worn formally. Thanks so much!
