Hi Everyone,

I have a condo available in Downtown Toronto at King & John Street. Unit is a one bedroom, one washroom on the 30th floor with a north facing view. Balcony is fully furnished, and the unit will come with a large IKEA kitchen island and couch. Further, my hallway has an extensive cat-wall setup that is floor to ceiling.

I am looking for renters who have a pet cat or two who would be interested in this unit. I lived in this unit for 5 years before moving into a larger unit in the same building. The unit is 660 square feet, and the balcony is around 60 square feet.

As a Landlord, I'll be dedicated to providing the best experience possible, and I have a number of fun ideas, such as offering one month of rent free if an emergency arises (one use per year), and maybe a birthday bonus or something.
