I don't care if the intention was for this to be a joke. You reposted fetishistic art of incest with zero punchline or setup. That is not funny.
So I've had this cartoon stuck in the back of my mind for ages at this point, but I can't remember what the name was for the life of me. It was a cartoon that dealt with general safety topics and it starred a bunch of anthropomorphic animal characters. The main two were dogs (or at least I think they were), male and female.

I watched two during a random school day because the teacher put it on. The intro was preaching about being "Safe and Smart," so typical PSA cartoon affair.
First thing I'll note right off the bat is the animation. The first cartoon had very cheap animation (again, typical PSA cartoon affair), and looked like it was from the 90's or early 2000s. It kinda looked like Kablaam! but bad. The second cartoon lowered the bar so much that they might as well be playing a game of limbo because they used heavy amounts of tweening to the point where it looked like an Elsagate cartoon. To top it all off, their mouths moved like ventriloquist dummies, so it looked a bit uncanny.

I can't remember if the first one was dealing with stranger danger or looking both sides before crossing the streets, but I remember the male dog going "No!" in a very corny voice. You also had an owl character talking about the lesson at the end (or something like that), and the episode was over. I can’t remember anything about the second one for the life of me except for the owl character appearing at the end again and talking about going on a "magical field trip" or whatever.

Again, this was elementary, so my memories are extremely foggy. For all I know, this doesn't exist and never has, and my mind just made it up. Still, though, I'm curious to see if anyone here actually knows what I'm talking about so I can finally put this question I have of "What did I watch?" to rest.
A sufficient blood supply allows them to function like normal human beings. They can speak in full sentences, blend in with the human population, and even go out in the sunlight(although they are more sensitive to it).
If they are not provided enough blood, they'll start to look less like a healthy person and more like Count Orlok (see image two). They cannot function like a normal person. They are significantly weaker and become desperate for blood. They will gradually lose their immunity to sunlight until exposure to sunlight melts all of the flesh off of their bones.
