Is there a way to remove the rec accents and swap them out on the red devil 9070xt?

My pc build is meant to be dark themed black/Grey and customizably changeable with ANY color ao the red accents kind of ruin that, can they be taken off? The red devil looks the best to me 2nd to the taichi but people said avoid the taichi cause of the 12v plus its like 870 red devils also 850 so not cheap either I might go with the mercury oc in the end anyways for that 750 price

Wanting a quad

So I haven't ridden since I was little but I want a quad that I can take to the mountains, desert, dunes, etc right so I was wondering what you guys reccomend as the best first quad my friend said a 400 I was looking at a 700 but im wondering what quads I can find for cheaper aswell?
