Been listening to Girei a bit and well got me thinking about pain udnerstandably I’m usually not huge on Naruto himself crossing over into another setting but I think a fic about pain crossing over could be pretty interesting.

I don’t have a huge preference for what type of fandom this world is. I would be open to superhero settings like worm, dc, marvel, the boys. Or more general scifi settings, or even other fantasy settings (though I would prefer if they were a bit different from Naruto, like example soulsborne, Skyrim, even more modern fantasy like supernatural and true blood)

I just want the world to be different enough where pain would feel kind of “alien” and a mystery to its inhabitants even something a bit closer to the Naruto genre like sekiro would be ok (just cause it’s not like chakra based and also technically a different era in time compared to when Naruto is based)

As the title states. So I’ve read a few fics that sort of hit this premise I read the fic where the undersiders end up in Gotham, I read the fic where Taylor (as weaver) and some of her team at that time end up in asoiaf I’ve also read that one where a bunch of worm characters are reincarnated as elden ring characters from different factions. I also read that huge Star Wars xover where a grab bag of different capes from Taylor, to Alexandria, and clock locker end up in star wars. And that one where Lisa and Victoria end up in the Witcher

I would say the closest one to hit this mark is probably the Gotham one I sadly have not found one like it though and honestly even that one though it hits the spot given Gotham has a bit of freaky scifi and magic already along with superheroes as a common occurrence it doesn’t feel quite as satisfying

I’d like to read a story where it’s a mostly mundane setting (maybe mild touches of supernatural andnscifi) where heroes arnt a real thing atleast in the cape sense
