If anyone knows, how is that handled? Do staff get paid double time? Are librarians told they are exempt and make them staff? Or, are they staffless? Really curious, TIA
I've had three scary stalkers in 36 yrs. Admin wouldn't do anything. My female coworkers had stalkers, including one who claimed he was a vampire and waited for her in the dark lot to go home. Once, I was alone, locked in the library while my scariest stalker was outside sleeping on a bench. Area around businesses were all closed.
Another staff member's stalker left notes on her car, but left it on the wrong employee's car. Anyone else experience this? Did admin help? What are your stories?

How does your library handle this? A ESA Chihuahua bit another patron. The owner was belligerent and was finally told only authentic service animals with vests ate allowed. Now she's going to sue. Okay...the bitten patron took off. The dog was snarling and thrusting itself towards library staff. Dog owner left.

I'm a loyal customer. I go in to shop, get to checkout, and my wallet is not in my purse! You all held onto my groceries, bagged and refrigerated. I went home and my wallet was on the floor. It fell out.
