Trying To Fix Dental Issues

Hey everyone, so I decided to start looking after myself a little bit more after years of depression. I did a blood test + Vitamin D, I started taking pills for anxiety, started biweekly therapy sessions, bought some expensive fragrance with unscented deodorant to go with it, etc. Obviously I still suffer from anxiety and other mental problems and I struggle with dealing with my dental issues.

Currently I have these problems/Goals that I want to do this year.

  • Brush Teeth Twice a day
  • Buy New Toothbrush
  • Get Rid of Mucocele (Bubble That I have over 1 year)
  • Professional Dental Cleaning
  • Asses Gum Pain/Inflammation
  • Professional Dental Whitening

Any supportive words and guidance is appreciated.

Hi everyone, I’d really appreciate some advice.

I’ve been dealing with significant redness around the glans (especially near the crown). It gets worse with friction, so I currently can’t have sex, masturbate, or even exercise without irritation increasing.

I’ve done a full set of tests (penile swab, urethral swab, urine, blood), and my doctor diagnosed a bacterial infection. I was prescribed levofloxacin (Amesol 500mg once daily) I’m currently on day 11/14 and Octenisan daily with shower.

There has definitely been improvement — less discharge, less smell, and less pain — but the redness is still there, which is worrying me.

Current routine:

  • Daily shower(Short 5-10Min) using Octenisan
  • Air drying after shower (about 2 minutes)
  • Daily 20-minute walk
  • Daily 2–3 liters of water per day
  • Daily Chamomile tea & Green Tea
  • Daily 3000 IU Vitamin D supplement (I was deficient)
  • Balanced diet + Fish twice a week (Heard it helps with inflammation)
  • Zero Alcohol, Smoking, or Drugs
  • Recently cut out sugar completely

My main concern is the persistent redness. Is there anything else I can do to help the skin heal faster or reduce inflammation?

This has been affecting me quite a lot mentally, I'm starting therapy monday, so any advice or shared experiences would really help.

Thanks in advance.
