SRAM force D1 hard to shift!

Problem on my mechanical shifter. I'm trying to investigate further on this. This was never a issue. I'm about 2k into the use of this system and it started becoming very stiff/hard to shift. Any idea? I will try to re-index it just in case... But otherwise any pointer might be appreciated 🙏

Show me your first aid kit

To be frank I fear this is too much... Got it at a local bike shop.

After a lot of search and tryouts I landed with the Fizik Terra Argo as I had a lot of genital numbness with any others I tried. Now that I've been riding consistently (doing about 200km per week) I noticed that the cushioning of this saddle is leaving my butt sore most of the times. I have a skinny butt (yay) and I was wondering if anyone else had similar experience and can recommend anything else? I am also willing to try to go to the top class with the adaptive cushioning (3d printed) if that can eliminate the issue... Or go for a similar sized saddle but with a different type of foam.

Any hints are MEGA welcome :)

Hey all, I've put a bit less than 2000km on my bike, nothing too crazy but during my last ride I noticed the shifting has become much harder: to give you an idea: while before it could just shift with a pinky finger now I have to use two fingers and some effort.

That said, what would be the appropriate way to assess and service this? Should I service both rear derailleur and shift/brake lever? Has anyone had any problems with this setup at this mileage?
