I completely killed the tension of this movie

I haven’t finished it yet but I’m halfway through watching with my sister (we decided to watch Amphibia as a break from all the bleakness) but we get to the scene where Charlie dies, and after a few seconds of silence and just letting the scene sit, I instinctively say out loud: “when yo neck kinda hurt” and whatever tension or shock that was there vanished, we spent the next like ten minutes laughing about it. I might be a terrible person.

I like how they changed the “I don’t keep it loaded son” line in Campaign Evolved

Idk if it’s a commonly liked change or not I have seen a few people react more confused than anything but I actually think it makes a lot more sense. Keyes is a ship captain in the deadliest conflict humanity has ever faced, why would he not keep his gun loaded? If anything if I was him I’d have a shotgun on me at all times.

What changes in the Halo 2 and 3 campaign remakes are you looking forward to the most?

While I’d much rather we get a continuation of Infinite’s story, it’s clear this is the route they’re going for and I’ve enjoyed Campaign Evolved so far so what are your hopes for when they get to two and three? To name a few, I hope the Earth sections are expanded upon since there was a lot of cut stuff from Halo 2’s development due to the time crunch. Maybe even a playable version of the E3 demo. I hope Arbiter has a more prominent role in 3 and they rework the Cortana sections. One thing I hope they keep however is the Forward Unto Dawn landing as an in game event rather than a pre rendered cutscene, I don’t think it would hit the same otherwise.

Chief if he never stopped fighting

Since Master Chief has stated that he keeps fighting for The UNSC because it’s all he knows, I tried to imagine what he’d be like say 20 years after humanity is safe from any alien threats and he kept getting different augments and upgrades.

How is it that cod somehow has a less toxic fandom than halo?

I’m someone that thinks that Halos lows are still a lot higher than CoD’s lows, even at its worst Halo still manages to be a fun game. Yet something I’ve been noticing a bit more is that community is more accepting of people not liking “the right games”. Yes there are community favorites and even though games like Ghosts, Black Ops 4, and Vanguard are a part of the same series, it’s not hard to find genuine fans of those games. Most of the time when you see a video revisiting an older cod game the comments are people reminiscing about their time on there regardless of how it was received at launch. This isn’t emblematic of the whole cod community, but I find it odd how you won’t get nearly as much flak for saying you enjoy one of the weaker cod games as opposed to saying you enjoyed 5 or Infinite. It’s like you’re only allowed to enjoy any game made before Reach (I’ve seen a lot of people are fond of halo wars 2 tho) saying you enjoyed Halo 4 has mixed reception at best and 5 and Infinite it’s like you can’t say anything good about them at all. Im not asking the more toxic parts of the halo community to play or even like the newer games, just leave the people who do alone, and I say this as someone who’s favorite game is reach. This isn’t to say cods fandom isn’t toxic, but if they’re somehow better than ours there’s something deeply wrong here.

New tierlist update

First update in a min. I will update again once I finish Invincible season 4 and Arcane Season 2. In the future I look to add characters from The Shield, Good Time, Obsession, The Good the Bad and the Ugly, Lord of the Flies Netflix, and the new Cape Fear adaptation.
