What’s required to make these 35’s fit? 🤔 GX550 OT & Premium

Hey everyone, looking at throwing some 35x12.50R17 tires (mounted on Method wheels) on a new GX 550 Overtrail. I’m also looking at a Premium Trim, which will need a leveling kit.

Before I pull the trigger, does anyone know if these will clear at stock height, or are we looking at a lift, a front bumper trim, or a body mount chop to make 35s fit properly without rubbing?

Curious what kind of modifications are actually necessary for this setup on the new platform.

Appreciate any insights!

R2>Gen 3 Tundra

Just test-drove the R2—is it time to say goodbye to my Tundra? (High-mileage concerns)**
I’ve been driving a 3rd Gen Tundra for a while now, and honestly, I thought I’d be a truck guy forever. But I finally got behind the wheel of the R2 today, and I’m having a serious crisis.

The size is honestly perfect. It’s got that "Goldilocks" feel—plenty of utility without the constant headache of parking a full-size rig in SoCal. And the performance? The acceleration is just ridiculous compared to what I’m used to. It’s got that effortless, instant torque that makes the Tundra feel like a tractor by comparison.

I drive about 20k miles a year for work and personal stuff. I’ve never owned an EV, and the idea of relying on public charging for that much driving is giving me some major anxiety.
For those of you racking up high miles in an EV (specifically Rivians), how is the battery holding up? Is it a pain in the ass to manage the charging stops during long weeks, or does the NACS access and the charging curve actually make it a non-issue in South OC/San Diego?

I’m really torn between sticking with the reliability of my truck or making the jump to the R2. Would love to hear from people who have made a similar switch or who are clocking high mileage in their EVs. Am I overthinking the charging aspect, or is 20k/year a legitimate "stick to gas" threshold?

The Draw:
That instant 0-60 is addictive, and the cabin tech/layout felt like a huge step up.

The Hang-Up:
I’m used to the Tundra’s "fill it up and go" mentality. I’m worried about the long-term degradation and the time sink of frequent charging sessions.
Any advice or "I made the switch" stories would be appreciated!

OEM Cover?

Has anyone found a quality cover for this area? It seems like such a wide open abyss for things to just roll around in. I’d like to cover it like I’ve seen in the TRD Pro and Platinum models.

PAM1392 Scuff Repair Options

Welp, I’ve had my 1392 for over a week and already found some scuffs on my bezel after a celebratory weekend. Any recommendations on making it less noticeable? I’ve heard mixed reviews about Cape Cod and then also heard that Panerai likes to charge an arm and a leg for repair. Is this something I should just deal with or is there an inexpensive fix?

Any photos would be helpful and appreciated.
