Super happy with how gnarly and gross they turned out. Especially since this was my first attempt at doing something super grimdark.

Running Cursed Legion

Got a termagant in my hive fleet behemoth colour scheme tattooed this afternoon and I’m so happy ❤️

I know I’m probably being super lazy but I’m starting up a Necron army and the paint scheme is basically all stippling to get a rusty effect. Is there such a thing as an auto stippling brush that you just hold and the brush reciprocates back and forth in a stippling motion? I know there are automatic dot pens but a brush that you could load up with paint and just hold whilst it stipples automatically would be a great help/effort saver.

Not perfect but I’m happy with how they turned out, I managed to crank out 10 warriors and 3 scarab swarms in just over an hour.
I play Tyranids and really don’t need another army but I can’t say I’m not tempted 🤣🤣

Would love some suggestions for basing as I’m stumped for ideas 🤣🤣
Really tried to lean into the rust/tarnished copper look

This was a real challenge but I’m so happy with it. It was a 3D print with a resin head and legs but a FDM body. Even with the much lighter body, it still needed some extra support. A wooden dowel and a spare base soon sorted that and now it feels nice and safe. I also pinned all the legs to make transporting him easier as I plan to use him on the tabletop.
Last picture is a termagant for scale.

This in my opinion is a beautiful model and makes me wish the Norns were at this scale. Putting it on a 100mm base so I can run him as an Assimilator on the tabletop. Size comparisons with an infernus marine and my Emissary for those interested.
