Not sure if I should be take Plan B as a precaution

I missed and had to double up on two doses of birth control (alysena 28) this month, one dose was missed in the second week, and the other was missed in the third week.

Last night my partner and I were having some fun and he came inside me, and it wasn't until afterwards that I remembered about the missed doses. Stupid, I know... Normally I am very on top of taking my birth control but I had a surgery this month and I've been taking so many medications for that, that I've been losing track of some of the ones I take normally day to day.

My question is, should I take a Plan B to be safe, or will it most likely be okay?

I Also just finished my pack of birth control friday and will be getting my period today

Day 2 after Septoplasty & turbinate reduction and my whole upper body feels sore/kinda hurts to breath and cough

I'm (30F) on day 2 of my recovery and I'm wondering if it's common or normal for my whole body to feel a little sore and achy. Most noticeably it hurts to take a deep breath and also to cough. Not sure if this is a normal side effect of surgery and being intubated or if this is something that I should be contacting my surgeon about. I do have a history of asthma which is why I'm a little bit worried.
