I am trying to build a dragon deck based on the new mega raquaza ex card and I battled this one guy who had a dragonair card that let him get his energies back the next turn, where can I get that card or other good dragon cards?

I live in Ontario and there are not many small outdoors/climbing shops near me but I heard MEC might be a good spot to find some variety and get to feel what fits my foot best, any other suggestions?
