So am 43 years old been training for around 20 years now and really starting to feel my ages.

Ache pains and just general old ages. Add on the face I did monjario to drop some weight last year while training which works unfortunately that all coming back on.

I had my blood tested and it seem my test is in the higher end

Anyways the reason am here is, I was looking at my running a course ideally just test however am not into needles.

Queue a lot of research and it seem the only compound worth going on might me anavar would love to know your thoughts on this

I train three times a week and maturity in training is high just not that much with steroids

I’ve just paid the fee and brought my domain into substack i got a email saying it all working

Yet when I click your url it just take me to substack not my actual page or even the sign up page for my substack

Where am I being dumb?

I'm new to Substack and wondering if anyone knows a decent YouTube series that covers setup, specifically the look and feel side and the rookie errors to avoid.

I know I lose a lot of flexibility moving over from Beehiiv, so I want to squeeze whatever tweaks I can out of it early on.

Any pointers appreciated.

Am I sleeping on a notebook?

I've read a few places that notebook is a place to go if you want to challenge and connect different content in a niche.

the best way is to upload content to notebook and then chat to it like chat or Claude. Do ask questions about the content

Is that a better approach than, say, Claude and ChatGPT?

I tired to create agent and project in chat and Claude but found they just made stuff up

Not looking for the polished “engagement and culture” answer.

I mean the actual thing keeping you up.

Could be:

**•**	A board or CFO conversation you’re dreading because you can’t back up what you’re asking for

**•**	A transformation or restructure that’s technically “on track” but you know isn’t really landing

**•**	Something you can feel is broken in how people experience working there, but you can’t quite point to where or prove it

**•**	Pressure to show ROI on stuff that was never designed to be measured

Genuinely curious what’s real right now versus what gets said on LinkedIn

So far I have spoke with 8 leaders, some partners are coming out but would love a bigger hive mind like here.

Everything is working fine…

Then my back garden google camera and spotlight go offline (they are wired)

Front door bell goes offline (it’s wired)

The back garden then shows its on battery now but isn’t showing any live preview so I can’t see jack shit and it has 66%

The front camera isn’t coming back on line yet the app says it has 80% battery

At this point I can’t rule anything out because the app is a load of shit

What the actual fuck is going on with google home

So I have templater set up so on every new note a fixed template loads.

On my Mac it works flawless, however on my iPhone it’s now not loading at all.

Nothing has changed, any tips to make this work?

I’ve been stuck in a business book loop for a few years and wanted to break out of it.

So I fed AI a list of my favourite books and TV shows and asked it to figure out what I actually like, then suggest new reads.

I was wondering if anyone has any solutions. The app is pretty much useless for me for locking unlocking etc because sim used in the car has no network coverage around where I live.

From research I’ve seen you can’t replace the sim so was interested to know if anyone has come up with a creative hack

I’ve just upgrade my google door bell from the 1st gen to the newest version.

Nothing else has changed

However the video quality on the new one is pixel and blurry

The internet is strong 1gig speed so am really not sure what’s going on, is anyone else facing this problem
