Blue lines between blocks - looking for help

Hey there, I've decided to open up some older versions of Minecraft after a long while and I can't seem to figure out what's causing the annoying blue lines between blocks? I provided three screenshots, hopefully the issue is properly visible in at least one of them. Does anyone know a fix for this? I tried various different versions (b1.7.3, release 1.2.5, etc.) to see if it occurs in all and apparently it does. I'm using MultiMC and have NVIDIA graphics if it helps in any way. App that will override phone's notification settings when I receieve a message from certain contact

Hi there, I'm an on-call firefighter and we get alerted for emergency calls through a text message sent to each of us by the Regional Operations Command. Google Messages or my phone Vivo V50 don't allow me to set a notification sound specifically for the number the regional command uses, whenever I set it for it, it also somehow applies for the whole phone and all other contacts? Which woke me up at 3 AM, thinking there's a call.

So, what am I looking for? I need an app, where I can select certain contacts and assign them number 1 priority that can also override all phone system's notification settings and Google Messages settings. I need to be able to set our specific alert ringtone which I have downloaded into my phone and it to play at loudest possibility no matter what. I also need my phone to light up the screen and maybe even the flashlight whenever I get a call notification.

Can anybody help? I'd really appreciate it
