I bought a new domain .ai and tried to develop a SaaS that converts images to html but encountered a lot of blockers.. because it’s not possible now using AI to create html pixel perfect from images..
I said ok what can I do with the domain so I’ve created this:

A growing suite of tools for professional email ops.
EmailConverter.AI is a modular ecosystem of email tools built to help professional teams raise execution quality, keep workflows consistent, and ship faster—with less friction from tool sprawl.

Email niche is a big niche and a hard one.. if it will work or not at least I tried. I will come back in weeks to tell you all if it is worthy or not.
I want to see if my path of growing this will work and get some traction else it doesn’t matter I will just try and learn.
Feedback will be much appreciated.

Incepand din Ianuarie folosind Cursor am inceput sa lucrez la o idee. Asa am ajuns sa creez intr-un final un SaaS.

Sunt programator PHP/GO cu 10 ani de experienta si am incercat sa las AI-ul sa-si faca de cap si sa-mi implementeze ideea in ce limbaj a crezut ca este cel mai ideal.

Chiar daca nu m-am dus pe stack-ul pe care il stiu, m-am gandit ca daca prinde tractiune SaaS-ul creeat, voi invata in cele din urma si limbajul respectiv in care l-am construit.

Partea mai grea este acum. Vreau sa-l promovez si as vrea sa stiu care este cea mai buna metoda de a incepe.

Am inceput sa-l postez pe Reddit dar pare ca nu mai este la fel ca inainte. Nu primesc nicio vizita. In paralel am inceput cu X de la zero. In acelasi timp incerc sa-mi reamintesc primii pasi pe care ii poti face cu un SEO bun de acum 15 ani pe care il stiam sa vad daca mai functioneaza.

Am dat drumul web app-ului meu acum o saptamana. Inca nu am inregistrari pe platforma.

Ce rezolva produsul meu?

Este un web app care gazduieste mai multe tool-uri web apps/browsers extensions pentru cei care folosesc email-uri zilnic. M-am gandit ca daca organizez un loc unde clientii gasesc mai multe produse si extensii in acelasi loc la preturi bune este tot ce isi doresc.

Deocamdata, strategia este sa ofer multe tool-uri destul de bune FREE dar in viitor cand voi adauga si AI si complexitate(dar claritate) vor exista si planuri platite.

Vreau sa ofer in prima faza, desii ce ofer este ceva ce exista deja in online si este pe baza de plata. Eu ofer gratis, vreau sa am o comunitate buna care cere features noi si primesc feedback bun si organic ca mai apoi sa pot sa ofer aplicatii mult mai complexe si bineinteles sa monetizez treaba asta pentru ca implica un alt nivel de munca.

Chiar daca exista ceea ce fac eu si oamenii platesc bani buni pentru ele, eu doresc sa fac tool-uri cat mai simple si partajate frumos cat sa nu le complic, asta face diferenta cred eu. Este greu sa reinventezi roata dar daca vi cu o perspectiva noua poti lua o bucata din "cascaval".

Imi place simplitatea si nu doresc sa complic lucrurile. Credca asa este cel mai ok sa folosesti la capacitate maxima tool-urile de pe internet si sa inveti lucruri noi.

Imi puteti da un feedback pe baza celor scrise mai sus? Ce credeti ca as putea sa fac sa fiu mai aproape de clienti si cum as putea face sa prind tractiune de acum incolo? Apreciez fiecare raspuns.

The platform is designed for continuous expansion so new tools can be introduced without disrupting existing workflows.
Email operations involve multiple problem types. A platform approach enables focused solutions, faster iteration, and better fit per workflow without forcing one rigid process.
Each tool should improve operational clarity, execution speed, and communication quality.
