Parking lot has been smoothed out and there's new trail signage since the last time I came. Great trail

Get Outside Alliance - Cedar Hill State Park

Scenes from our conservation workday of privet removal near the visitor center of Cedar Hill State park last week"Each month, we tackle a variety of critical conservation needs to keep this forest ecosystem healthy and accessible for everyone. Whether you are a regular volunteer or joining us for the first time, you’ll be working alongside a fun, supportive team dedicated to stewardship."

Friday Night Dart Activity

I took the dart from mockingbird to met some friends at cityplace/uptown station for a group run through uptown. Dallas is really putting the FIFA inspiree overtime to use. I've never seen more security and smiling faces at every station. Extra trains were running so i didnt have to wait longer than 5 mins to choose a ride. An officer said this will be going on for 1 or 2 months so i might consider a monthly pass instead of my usual 3 hour pass that rarely gets checked.

No incidents to report, no knives, no yellowing, no one smoking out of side. Awesome night.

Possum kingdom

Photos from the Possums Revenge Trail race at Possum Kingdom Lake across from the state park. Bugs beach, Camp Grady, and near Johnsons peak. I thought i could see hells gate from one of the overlooks but couldn't.

Halperin Park Grand Opening

"a new five-acre deck park in Dallas, Texas, built over I-35E near the Dallas Zoo, designed to reconnect Oak Cliff neighborhoods and serve as a new community green space." Awesome park but I can't stop thinking of the pricetag
