My baby will be turning 6 months old in November, and I’d love to plan a special little getaway to celebrate her half-birthday!
Here’s what I’m looking for:

**1. Within a 3–4 hour drive from Houston.**
**2. Christmas magic:** A place with beautiful Christmas lights, festive decorations, and a magical holiday atmosphere that my baby can enjoy.
**3. A 2–3 day trip:** Ideally, somewhere with family-friendly attractions and a comfortable place to stay where we can relax and let her nap as needed.
What are the best destinations for a memorable first half-birthday celebration with my baby?

Has anyone here successfully moved to a different practice within PwC?

How does the process actually work? Do you network with the target team first, apply internally, or talk to your current leadership? Also, how difficult is it to move at different levels?

Would appreciate hearing from anyone who’s done it.
