Physiotherapy approaches for Hypermobility

For patients with Hypermobility syndrome, and osteoporosis - reduced muscular tone (the type of tone one gets in the body when they reduce their weight multiple times without doing muscle toning exercise - ALSO WHAT IS A WORD FOR THAT?)

WHAT KIND Of APPROACH can be used to strengthen these patients.

Tele rehabilitation - does it really work?

As a physical therapist and clinic owner, I am keen to understand how fellow physical therapists are navigating the telerehabilitation sector. Although I have been aware of this field for some time, I have not yet had the opportunity to engage with it. I am eager to learn from your experiences and enhance my own involvement in this area.

How do I guide/treat this patient of mine

This patient of mine, she is pregnant (8 months now)

She is under a lot of stress, her stressors being - too much of expectations for self, wanting a normal delivery, work stress, expectations that the society and people puts on her about pregnancy and motherhood, a fact that doctor told her that this is a big belly for 7th month (I mean whyyy?)

I tried giving her movement therapy so that we would feel better/safe in her body in the form of physiotherapy exercises (mobility, flexibility) manual therapy, breathing exercises but nothing is working for her. Even while exercising she doesn't/cannot control her movement and leaves the limbs in gravity.

She has severe SI JOINT dysfunction, lumbar (L4- L5) instability, due to baby's weight her groin and diaphragm are under pressure.

Chronic low back pain × emotional/ psychological correlation!

With all these spiritual beliefs and psychological correlations these days, a lot of theories suggest that the pains in our body are 90% psychological. What is your opinion on that relation with the chronic low back pain. And if related what might be the reasons for that?

I have been working to grow a Physiotherapy clinic for 2.5 years now. With god's grace it is running quite well now, and I have to hire other physiotherapist ( some junior, some experienced ) I have a proper philosophy for my clinic, and I want patients to be treated that way, there are some non negotiables and which not everyone follows I think. Now when new Physios enter the practice they do not work that way, and if I teach them all I know they might learn and leave. But If I don't teach them anything the standardization will not work and the patient will not be satisfied. In this confusion I am not able to teach them properly which leads to me over working even when I have hired people. This is becoming quite exhausting now, tell me what I can do to create boundaries and how to deal with this situation.
