- Kumusta ang water supply? Madalas ba magkaroon ng water interruption/shortage?
- Okay ba ang public transportation, especially if commuting to and from work?
- How much usually ang apartment/room rental around the area? Looking for something decent and affordable, preferably good for 1–2 people.

Allowed ba na i-hold ng company yung 2 cutoffs worth of salary if hindi naabutan yung regular payroll for the first cutoff?
For context, payroll namin is every 15th and 30th. I resigned immediately on July 9, so hindi ko na naabutan yung July 15 payroll. Ang cutoffs namin are June 23 - July 8 and July 8 - July 23. Both cutoffs are apparently being held and will be included in my final pay. Normal ba ito, or dapat yung salary for the first cutoff na hindi ko naabutan sa regular payroll ay ma-release separately, while yung July 8 –July 23 naman ang isama sa final pay?
Also, more than 30 days na since my resignation, pero wala pa rin akong final pay and COE. Sabi ng HR, hindi pa raw tapos yung clearance ko, kahit wala naman akong company property na hawak or naiwan sa akin.
Planning to ask for assistance from DOLE/SEnA if necessary. Previous employer is a pharmaceutical manufacturing company.

I’d like to know more about the work environment, management, workload, salary/benefits, work-life balance, overtime, company culture, and overall experience.
