Wisdom tooth removal while pregnant?

After I miscarried my first pregnancy I developed irritation around the gum of my upper right wisdom tooth. The tooth was already erupted but the crowding was horrible so I got it removed. The surgeon who removed it took an xray and said he would remove my top tooth that was erupted but not my lower one because it looked too close to nerve canal and I would need a high level of sedation. I booked the surgery to get the lower removed while sedated, and I had to cancel because I found out I was pregnant.

Now I’m six weeks pregnant and I wake up with pericornotis. I poked it with a cotton swab and pus came out. No pain, no swelling of my cheek or outside my face, no fever, etc. - just tenderness and anxiety honestly.

oral surgeon called and looked at my x-rays and the pictures and he said that I have two options. One option is to take antibiotics and hopefully it goes away and does not come back but if it does come back, I’ll just take antibiotics again. My second option is to go to his office get LOCAL anesthesia and he removes it just with local anesthesia and I take antibiotics after. But the whole reason why I went to him was because the other oral surgeon (and two other surgeons in New York who said the same thing) would not remove the tooth because it’s so close to the nerve, that I would need a high level of sedation. So I am deeply confused about what to do.

Attached are photos of when I first noticed internal swelling and pus, and most recent X-rays. I woke up this morning after several hundred salt water rinses and the redness and puffiness went down. No pus from what I can see.

Please help me. I’m pregnant, anxious and confused.

Also I do not drink or smoke and am in my late 20s.

EAH brand, CD 23 - 7DPO ?

Okay this is my second cycle after my first chemical pregnancy so I’m obviously a little weary.
My oura ring says I’m 7dpo so I’m confusion!
Any thoughts? Do you see a faint line?

Too close to the nerve to remove?

Okay so I’ve had one side upper and bottom wisdom teeth removed. The other two never bothered me in my early 20s so the dentists said it would be too risky to extract and if they don’t bother me - don’t touch em. Now I’m 27 and my upper wisdom tooth erupted and it’s bitting down on the gum on top of my severely impacted and long bottom wisdom tooth.

I’d like to get pregnant relatively recently so I’m trying to be proactive by getting this upper wisdom tooth removed in two days bc I can’t clean it with such severe clouding. But the bottom… idk. The surgeon said he would do it but there would be risks involved. Judging by my xray - is the bottom wisdom tooth too close to my nerve to be removed? I’m looking to get this done all in one shot (and sedated through iv lol). I’m also hoping it can be removed completely bc the risk of infection scares me more than never feeling my chin again lol

Thank you in advance!

Any opinions?
