Dark splotches on induction stove surface. My client doesn't know how it happened.

  • Dawn and warm water did not fix it.
  • Wieman glass cooktop cleaner and polish did not work.
  • The surface is flat, they are not burnt stuff and cannot be scraped off with a razor.
