Want to get a publisher and which prefers like my story genre

First of all, my story’s genre is superhero with an academy setting. It’s inspired by DC, Marvel, MHA, and *A Certain Magical Index*. I just want to know which publishers would be interested in a story like that.

It’s also a slow burn. The first two books are mainly focused on setup and foreshadowing, so nothing too intense happens during those first two books.

Also, what follower count would you recommend before I start submitting my story? I currently have 109 followers. How long do you think I should wait before submitting it?

I have a question on publishing in KU

So I know that you have to delete some chapters when you publish your first book on KU but does that mean all chapters like for example if your novel has 100 chapters and your first book has 50 chapters does that mean I have to delete all my chapters on Royal Road or just the first 50 chapters and they could still read the rest of the story in advance and RR and Patreon is this allowed

I’m in trending

To be honest, I am surprised even though my story is two months old I only got a little less than 100 followers because I didn’t know a lot of the mechanics to promote your novel like shout outs and ads

I’m thinking after finishing publishing my novel on RR, I will transfer it to KU

I’m thinking after finishing publishing my novel on RR, I will transfer it to KU is that a good idea? Like is the fact that I already finished it on Royal Road will affect the readers on Kindle and I already know that I have to delete my book after I publish it there

What is the chapter milestone that will let your readers know that you are serious?

Like I know a lot of early novels don’t get much views because readers don’t know if the author will quit suddenly that’s why most people wait until a certain amount of chapters more than 100 but I want to know what’s the actual number

I have a question about ads

I’ve heard that using the same ad repeatedly makes it lose its effectiveness, so it’s better to use a different ad each time. Is that true?

And if it is, I’m currently using a recruitment-poster theme for my first ad since Star Island the name of my story is basically centered around a giant school-like island. So should I stick with that same theme for my second ad, or try something different?

I got rejected immediately is it because I got rejected before for the same novel?

So I got rejected because my novel doesn’t meet the standards for WebNovel that means there is no hunters system or an overpowered MC nor sex in my novel anyways I tried again but I got pretty much immediately rejected the next day unlike the last time that took a couple of days or a week. I don’t remember correctly to get a response. So because they saw my application again
