Hi,

So I mistakenly applied for Atome Cash loan amounting to 48k and it was immediately disbursed to my bank account.

I already contacted Atome Support via email for reversal and they told me to follow the repayment instructions in the system. Their support really sucks.

May naka experience po ba ng ganito? How should I handle this? The interest is so high amounting to 68k for 6 months.

I was approved for a Metrobank Secured Credit Card around April this year and I deposited 30k.

May I ask when will the deposit amount be released?

Do I need to reach out to CS, or will it be processed automatically?
