Its not an easy job and I am sure its overwhelming in the crime capitol of Australia. I live in Merrylands 50 meters from the Police station and its a rough area

Really hard to get them attend theft, assault and damage complaints let alone press charges. I've heard online is very, very slow and usually ineffective.

With all the crime out here, and its really, really bad there has to be more resources. Not just when crime families have a shoot out but when the basic stuff is a constant.

I am a rare cat in warehousing. I give a shit where I put stuff, own up to mistakes, I clean up and I am technically flawless. I don't want to talk shit for 20 mins with every single person who walks past and I don't want to be a manager

I've gone back to warehousing recently as I am buying another investment appartment and geeze the Sydney warehouse crews are terrible.

Full of people who haven't realised they haven't left school yet and treat it like year 13. The guy training me is in his first job from high school and had 2 incident reports for loosing his forlift keys twice in a week. Training involves him running down the clock by whatever means possible.

No way to spend a life and he cracks ot when I mention my investment properties.

There are some good ones yes, but the ratio of profficent and invested to clueless and checked out is worse than most warehouses. From what I see in Sydney most warehouse staff feel their $41 an hour is very well earnt but I've seen new Australian's in Melbourne be better in 2 weeks of experience than these people after 3+ years.

Sydney warehouses are small and regional too, unlike Melbournes that are huge and National. This guy training me does 20 put away's a day, looses 3 of them and thinks he's awesome.

Anyone any good could do 150 a day at this site without loosing their forklift keys once.

I'll keep this short as don't want to fully launch (at least one of us could launch).

What these developers have promised v what they have delivered.

From Day 1 the promise was a authentic DoW1 experience with ultra slick graphics and individual combat intereactions with a campaign and cool story line with multi player.

What they have delivered? A Beta that looks like Dow3 on a good skin day, weird foundation factions that will require another god knows how long to come out, and multiple delays.

Was quite keen to play the game but now I am just pissed off and pretty sure this will be a absolute dud.

As a Geedubs customer this is also called a new edition, or playing Blood Angels but they are unique in their own space. Gaming studios aren't.

Forrmaldehyde in cabbages? I have heard some horror stories in Chinese food traceability (cardboard dim sum, toxic baby formula) but this is just crazy.

It requires a special type of asshole to do this, they have to not care about other people and love money above everything.

Nicks is a good process coach so the title is a bit misleading.

Last weeks team selection was not right and this week seems a bit off as well. Time will tell but seems like they are taking Essendon lightly at a bare minimum.

2 debutants away could really backfire and its actually a danger game.

Obviously there's a lot Barnaby could have done better in this situation and I am on record as calling him one of the worst Australians ever.

Obviously he lost his cool (I watch 7:30 most nights and him and Sarah often have tense interviews) and should have done the interview inside the house ect.

However he's adopted a Kelpie Staffy cross from a country pound.....

This breed of dog is extremely reactive and probably has a lot of behavioural issues from the pound ect.

There's a big difference between negative attention with a strong audible command for a serious dog and abuse. Big, big difference.

I rehome working dogs and they are a challenge. Kelpies often will only respond to a serious command, they are independant and often will ignore timid commands. Especially females who are serious dogs.

There's a million reasons to be mad at Barnaby Joyce but this is not one of them.

Nathan Buckley recently joked he kicked the dog after he missed out on the Tassie job and no one blinked an eye. So lets 'calm the farm' on this one.

EDIT: To everyone who says you don't need to raise your voice in dog training good luck with chicken bones on your walks. If I whispered drop it at my current kelpie she would swallow it and piss on my leg and give me that look. Sure she loves but its a Chicken bone and a passive command. Serious dogs people.

Fly coaches really, really well but the gap between Nicks and Fly is the difference when we play.

Appreciate the genuine replies to my post yesterday. I tiried to answer as many as I could for constructive debate but a few big issues need a follow up post and discussion.

Firstly censuring Chinese foregin policy does not automatically mean someone is pro U.S.

The truth is no one can trust the U.S with Trump in power and it will get worse before it gets better.

I want to compare Chinese foregin policy to Australian foregin policy as good example on why I censured Chinese foregin polocy yesterday.

Imperial Japan bombed Darwin 3 times and attacked Sydney with submarines.

They also massacred a a nursing corps, literally all women. They made rhem wade out into the water and then they machine gunned them in the back.

Now Japan is our 3rd biggest trading partner, they are making frigates for us and we have an alliance. Japanese imdustry creates jobs in Australia and we are probably their closest English speaking ally since Trump.

New Zealand and Papua New Guinee were part of Australia too. Western Australia also sometimes wants to leave our federation.

We treat them with respect and gave them their independance and don't crush Western Australian conversations about independance, we encourage dialogue.

This is what I mean by respecting the rules based order and we flourish with the increased trade and co-opperation, so do our neighbours.

We don't send Frigates or F22/35s when our neighbours sign pacts with other nations. We respect their soverign right to do so.

We have Asia and the Pacifics' respect and no amount of money can buy this.

This is where I am censuring Chinese foregin policy, particulary around Taiwan and Japan. In the event of a Chinese invasion Singapore, Phillipines, Malaysia, Japan, Korea and Australia all side with Taiwan.

Where does this leeave the region? And for what? Taiwan will fight to the death so there is no total victory, just an expensive and destructive war that sends the world back to the stone age.

Its a no win situation.

China would be a welcome leader in the region if it matured its foregin policy like Australia has, and stopped trying to justify their foregin policy sins by pointing at American historical, and Trump era foregin policy sins.

2 wrongs have never made a right and the world has never agreed with the America version of foregin policy so its mute point.

Its just an attitude problem by the Chinese government, which doesn't have to answer to the Chinese people in elections.

Australia was also the first western country in the world to acknowledge the Chinese Communist central government. The U.S (CIA) got rid of the Prime Minister who did this.

We don't let the C.I.A dictate our foregin policy and we fair to our neighbours.

If China forgave Japan for Nanking, stopped Taiwan ambitions and played nice all the time then we would not join an American attack on China if it happened.

I'd argue most U.S aligned Asian countries (Korea, Japan, Philipines, Australia and New Zealand) would never suppport an unjustified U.S attack on China and would politicaly sanction the U.S. and shift closer to China.

None of these Nations helped in the straight of Hormuz because its straight up wrong and illegal. Same would happen with China.

These were my points from yesterday and hopefully people can accept that this is actually the way forward for Asia and the Pacific.

If you don't know China fired a nuclear capable ballistic missle after a Pacific nation signed a regional defence pact with Australia.

All of Asia and the Pacific is becoming very anti Chinese, very quickly, with all this purile flexing. It intimidates no one and galvanises everyone against you.

It a immature sense of entitlement to exercising gloabl power, and tit for tat has never worked.

The obssesion with Taiwan is so fucking stupid. The fixation will be the end of the Superpower ambitions and could ruin the economy permanetly. Its a huge risk and gamble, for what?

National Ego and projection of power. Does China need this? No, it's already a Superpower and is only risking this hard won status.

So my message to these Muppets is become the leader in a rules based order with paitence, respect and co-opperstion.

11th edition is off to a great start and could end up being the best edition yet.
