First time watching this little fellow, and I thought it would go well because it’s a nice home and the owners seem friendly and organized

Well, after three days, this dog poops a ton inside sometime in the middle of the night. I think it’s a fluke, but then it happens every day after that. I’m here for two weeks and I let this guy outside at least five times a day, and this happens. A few nights ago I let him outside for a quick bathroom break before bed (he had been sleeping most of the day) He peed outside and that was all he wanted to do. We get up to the bedroom and while I’m in the bathroom, he poops in the bedroom.

Everytime he goes to the bathroom outside, he gets a treat. But I think he just pees and then doesn’t understand he needs to go poop outside as well.

I also wonder if the owners lied to be about his age because they told me he’s ten, and this is not ten year old dog behavior. This is puppy behavior. I once pet-sat an 11-month year old, and it was this.

So, I don’t know what to do because on top of the dog pooping every time I go to bed or leave for a couple of hours, the owners home is making me sick. I realized it’s their dirty humidifier in their hvac, and it’s covered in this calcium. It’s basically acting like a giant dirty humidifier that spreads all these particles throughout the house, making my throat hurt and leaving me coughing like crazy.

The crazy part, is that I called them out on this before our sit even began, and I asked them if their HVAC had any issues beforehand. They said no, but nope! It’s barely blowing out air and it’s made the basement 60% humidity and I think it’s even higher than that because my ears hurt because of the humidity in the house. It’s just so chaotic.

I haven’t told them any of this and just am trying to get through the sit. I don't know why I would even say.

I recall seeing a video back in 2021-22 with this woman (blonde hair, 40’s) was explaining the pipeline on a giant paper pad.

I ended up following her channel on youtube and she would host these talks for many many people on Zoom, and try to explain how to become a professional filmmaker. She even had guests, that were in the “industry”.

So, I want to say she was exposed as a con artist sometime later, and all of this stuff she would promote immediately shut down. Her videos, her brand, her website.

I have no memory if she was actually a con artist or not.

Di’d anyone know of this lady?

In case there are any Minnesotans out there, stay far away from Cedar Ridge Apartments.

Not only are the neighbors bad, but the buildings too.

The biggest issues I faced occurred from neighbors in an entirely different building from mine. One was up til 4 am on the phone on his balcony, basically shouting, and the other smokes weed on his balcony, even after I asked him not to because it blows into my apartment. Weed is also not allowed here so I reported this, but the staff told me they needed the number. How the heck am I supposed to know their room number if I can’t access the building, huh?

Everything is broken here too. We’ve had several power outage, and now they have shut off the water to repair pipes more than five times in two months.

Don’t live here. Waste of time and money.

I’m trying to find the bonus comic at the end of one of the volumes.

I think it was in celebration of hitting 100 chapters or in celebration of the 5th anniversary celebration of the series.

It shows Frankie telling Loid a few things and Loid panics a bit (a bit) saying “we’re only accomplished this much with Anya in five years…” or something like that.

Could someone direct me to the bonus chapter?

I’m at a condo and the staff here sucks. They don’t fix anything except random side projects. I think there are a lot of shady things going on around here, and it wouldn’t surprise me if some drug dealers are living here.

Despite my reports about smoking g issues and air quality issues, it seems like there is no plan to get things that needed fixing years ago, fixed.

How do I pressure them to fix important things?
