How do I stop worrying about people I care about?

I worry a lot about people who are close to me, and it's starting to affect me.

For example, if a family member or friend is traveling and their internet suddenly stops working, they don't reply to my messages, or I can't reach them for a few hours, I immediately start thinking that something bad has happened.

Most of the time everything turns out to be completely fine, but until I hear from them, I feel stressed and anxious.

How did you learn to stay calm and stop overthinking in situations like this?

Any advice would be appreciated. Thanks.

I Wish I Was a Cat Instead of an Adult

Sometimes I wish I was a cat so some cute girl would adopt me, prioritize me, and cuddle with me every day without asking.

Adulting is very tough. Today I woke up feeling completely drained, like someone sucked all the blood out of me. It took my body almost an hour just to regain enough strength to function.

Now I have to make breakfast and get ready for work
