Napping in van?

I was told by my DSP that napping in my van will get me fired immediately after telling them I used my lunch break to take a quick shit eye. I find it strange that we have breaks but it feels as though we can’t use them or it’ll be “your behind” or “pick up the pace”. I’m guessing napping in the van can be more of a safety issue/concern than not.

I struggle with sleep at times and I naturally just get very tired in the day. So what could I do to combat that?

And just a little side rant, with my Dsp, they are taking away days for finishing after 9 pm now and that’s including the 1 hour drive back I have to make every day. Unfortunately for me, I was doing 140-150 stop days rather efficiently for the first couple of months that I started. I had a flow state that made me finish my route around 7 o’clock, 6 if it’s easier (no multi stops). Seemingly in light of doing my route rather ok, they decided to make it 2 hours harder. They give me a 182 stop route (every day) with 60+ 3-9 location multi stops (every day) + they are tight on rescues and they expect us to finish all that, with a 1 hour drive back, finish rts and be checked out by 9??? I’m new so I don’t know if this is to be expected but holy shit, it’s like egregious how they want us to operate. Gotta pay for school though so I must stay until I find other employment

My pc cameeeee

So my PC actually came on July 8th when I ordered it on June 12th. In this time, I was also getting everything else for my complete setup revamp ready. Along side of work and other stuff I ended up not having much time where I felt like taking photos. But I got it now and it’s been really nice.

About a month in and it runs just the way it should be. I messed around with the fans and everything to keep it silent/efficient and I’m experiencing no problems. I know at the moment the delivery dates are looking crazy for ordering but for those still contemplating, it’s worth it. If you want to get a pc that you know will work and come the way you want it no questions asked, then the wait is worth it.

The games runs butter smooth on this thing. When using my laptop I was used to everything presetting to low and still being choppy. Now I just load up a game (assassin’s creed black flag for example) and it maxes out all the graphics whilst getting 120fps. COD, Apex, R6 and Fortnite is an easy 300+ on competitive low settings. Black myth wukong hits maxed graphics 120 fps no problem. And throughout all of these, the 1% lows are tight.

I got some before and after pics of my setup cause it wasn’t just the pc I upgraded, it was EVERYTHING. I’m just happy on the turn out and andromeda made it possible

If the pics are in order it should go

1st photo is the original setup
2nd photo is the same setup but with my laptop right there in the middle (that’s all I had of it)
Photos 3-6 are the current setup with a video of it being able to be seen in the comments
7th photo is the goated laptop that I gamed on
8th photo is the laptop on the new desk I got with my old monitor
Last photo is current setup just with light

And here’s just a list of the products that I bought along side the pc

Andromeda Insights v4 (5080, 9850x3D, 2tb, 48Gb ram, Asus x870a gaming WiFi, 1000w SL psu)

Desk - ErgoAv 63x28 standing desk

Monitor - Msi MPG 271QR QD-OLED X50
+huanuo monitor arm

Speaker - Pebble Pro

Mice - Viper v4 pro + Logitech x plus + Corsair nightsword v2

Mousepad - Wallhack SP-005

Keyboard - Gravastar Mercury v75 pro HE

UPS - CyberPower CP1500PFCLCD

Chair - flexispot ergox

Controller - Gamesir G7 Pro 8k

Lights - Govee lights

Other - A floating shelf and some cool things I wanted up there + other things my gf got me that had to go in the setup

I just really wanted to show the work I’ve done to get this up and running. I’m glad everything turned out the way I wanted and right now I’m just looking further into cosmetic upgrades. If yall have any suggestions do let me know please

Do I just suck now

So I’m a college student that had a lot of time on my hands due to the lack of classes I had to take. In that free time I’d play a lot and I mean A LOT of cod. Not so much where I’m grass deprived but enough where I got to level 800.

Just recently my car’s transmission gave out and I had to fork up the clams I had saved to replace it. To replenish those funds back, I picked up 2 jobs (one my family owns which I technically already did and an Amazon driver). In doing so, I’ve stopped heavily playing for a while, like a month’s or two worth.

I dropped in to get cherry fizz and dipped back out because I didn’t have time to actually play at the level I was playing before. Now coming up to today, I have off because July 4th and I decided to try to lay some belt… The ONLY ass getting whooped was mine💀

I have a 2kd and I was dropping 0.5’s and up all day. I understand being washed but I’ve never seen it to this degree when dealing with me.

And don’t get me started with the MPC. I cursed some randoms on ranked play by being their teammate and loaded in with the mpc. I CANNOT CONTROL IT FOR SHITTT. It was my favorite gun to use when getting nexus horizon and now I literally just can’t use it. It feels like I’m aiming in sludge. And since I’m getting an upgraded pc after dealing with my car, I wanted to go back into the ranked play scene. So I was even forcing myself to use it in mp. It’s just the same thing, I literally just can’t use it and drop stinkers but I switch to any other gun and can go back to positive numbers (barely)

What angers me the most is how the MPC is received as such a broken gun and I just can’t seem to see what anyone is talking about😭

So my question for those who may have found themselves in a similar position when dealing with the game or those who just don’t understand the mpc as much as I do, do I just suck now???

I’m so excited for this and have no one to tell about it lol

So I’ve been a console gamer since I was born and then in 2021 I got a laptop that can provide a frame or two over console performance but the freedom of a pc of course. Coming into 2026, with me trying to play games more competitively and going to college for cyber security the upgrade was truly needed. I’m really excited and just wanted to show the build cause my girlfriend and parents don’t know anything about parts or anything😭 I’ve been dreaming of having a proper desktop for the longest time so I’m truly just excited. I’m joining the AI team🤙🤙
