5’6, 31 years old, 210lbs to 161lbs. Trying to get down to 130lbs before clean bulk to 145lbs. Compound Tirz from Pomegranate with typical titration. TRT at 60mg/week.

I’ve lost 45lbs in 3 months with tirz and I’m trying to lose 35 more but it seems like I’ve plateaud out for the last 2 weeks. Same weight at 165lbs but my arms looks better. Picture is 20 days apart with the right pic being today. Am in a recomp or did I stall my metabolism? Any tips or suggestions?
-I’m 5’6, 210lbs SW, 165lbs CW, 130lbs GW.
-Eating between 1200-1500 calories, protein and veggies only.
-I inject 60mg testosterone cypionate once a week for hypogonadism
You guys saw my pics last time and I talked about how I’ve lost 30lbs so far from 205-210 down to 170 now. Goal weight is 135 at 5’6 and then bump up to 145-150 with a clean bulk.
But I wanted to post cause I was checking my arms today and it’s crazy that It looks bigger now that I’ve lost weight. I know that it probably only looks bigger because I’ve cut some fat covering it. But I haven’t lost strength at the gym and have gotten stronger. So I’m thinking I’m gaining muscle as well. Can’t wait to see what it looks like at 135lbs.
