Anybody used herbs long enough to notice long term effects look and anti aging wise?

For a long time i thought herbs were fairytales until i tried them myself.

People say you have to take them over a long period of time, but I felt results immediately.
For example sage tea immediately cleared my airways, improved my circulation (my literally always cold limbs stopped being cold) and i felt warm and energetic. After 1 fucking cup - crazy

Same for spearmint, my cystic acne on my jawline stopped breaking out in 2-3 days, my skin also got less and less greasy. So safe to say i have a pretty firm belief that herbs are actually miraculously good.

Since almost every herb is an anti- oxidant and radicals cause (at least partially) aging, i am curious if there are any people who used herbs for 5-10 year and if you or they happen to look younger or happen to have nicer skin. I know there are no studies to back up any of these claims but come on, there would be no money in making those studies. So I’m asking about personal experiences.

Of course it could be genetics but I’m just curious.

Tud valaki fotót a BKK ellenőrök QR kód olvasójáról?

Help When is the right time to tell someone you have BPD?

Soo I’m seeing someone. We had the third date. BPD came up because they had a 2 weeks situationship with a BPD person.

To tell the truth I’ve been contemplating how/when to tell him that I have BPD and I didn’t know it was gonna come up so I was really caught off guard.

When he said “BPD” my dumb ass could only say “oh what’s that” 😭😭😭

And then he explained and said “well yeah don’t date a BPD person” and i was like hmmmmm

And the rest of the night I couldn’t think of anything else but “now it would be really weird to chip in and say i actually have BPD like fuck how do I tell him?”

The thing is that I think he has no idea. I don’t think i come off as a person with BPD at all first and that just makes it so much harder like I’m bursting someone’s bubble or something.

I also wondered if it’s even possible to have a healthy relationship as a BPD person. BECAUSE I had a really long, really serious relationship and I realised all the things I did that I should not have done, and I realised i don’t want to do that to another person OR MYSELF.

Like i do not want another relationship like that. But I have no idea who i really am until I am in those situations. I mean I know I am different now, but how different?

Is there someone very wise or experienced, or therapied to death that has any advice to little me? How did yall break the news? When and how did yall tell them?

I (23 F) met my abuser today - I’m sad because I still love him

My story is kinda unique in it’s own way that for 22 years, I didn’t have the slightest idea that my father molested me untill the age of five. Bunch of instances, bunch of situations.

After that we didn’t live together, and he was often absent, and an alcoholic, but he was very good at being “nice”. He never raised his voice, always said nice things and smiled, made food and coffee and whatever you wanted, and always, always called me sweetheart. (and of ducking course sometimes touched my butt which thought
was normal)

So i found out because i’ve been doing therapy since i’ve been dealing with a decade long depression, suicidal ideation, BPD, and just insane mental suffering for seemingly “no reason”. Basically wanted to die since i was 10

And one day my brain just said: okay you’re ready to know now. And then i just knew. This was 8 months ago.

I cut him off 4 months ago. Told him straight. I know what you did to me, and don’t ever contact me. I didn’t see him since then.

Untill today we were at the beach. He was there with my half-brother whom i catched from the corner of my eye and realised my dad was basically standing next to me. I didn’t even look at him, told my brother that i was actually just going home and said bye. Didn’t look back. Didn’t make eye contact. Didn’t want to. I was afraid i’d feel nauseous.

He said ”hi sweetheart” the way he did a thousands of times before. Same kindess and affection in his voice. I still love the man I thought he was. And I wonder what was real and what wasn’t. Buth i know we cannot have any kind of relationship ever again. What he did was unforgivable. I wish that wasn’t the case. I wish he wasn’t such a sick and disgusting person. Makes my heart hurt. Makes it hurt so much.
