How bad are unstopables?

I know the stance on fragrance, but I would really love to have a consistent all-around fragrance out of my work clothes. Are they really that bad compared to say, perfumes or lush body sprays etc? At the same time, I see quite a lot of mentions about the unstopables (especially no26, which isn’t available in my country)

I just tried smelling some of the downy fresh unstopables and I love it. Can anyone break down for me how bad it is, considering I do use spray fragrances outside of laundry?

Edit: I would’ve preferred the rinse and refresh since it has more ‘functionality’ and maybe less bad in some ways but as usual, it’s not available in my country :’)

(Help!) Content on Learnova missing?

I’m taking PSY107 this sem and just ytd I was looking thru the lesson materials, able to see all the content etc and even downloaded some of them.

Now I’d like to read up a bit more but the only course available to me is the Learnova101 for students? I tried clicking every single button there is in the page, which isn’t much. Ismartguide collection leads me to another 2 modules I’m taking but not PSY107? HELPS

Help - What mods are still available?

Made a post previously.

Basically as a Y1S2 student, it’s my first time doing add/drop. For most students, they can swap around the courses until the deadline, which is only confirmed after they make payment. For company-sponsored students, the only available button after add/drop was ‘submit’ which I thought would save it temporarily until further prompting of confirmation. Turns out, it means actually confirming the chosen modules and I will be unable to access the available courses after submission. So now I’ve 2 online modules and 1 f2f module that I thought I’d swap it with for another online one.

I called student services and they sent me the full July 27 timetable, to let them know the course codes I’m interested in and they will check the quota. So far I’ve looked through the entire timetable and narrowed down 7 modules with a total of 10+ CRNs that did not clash with my current timetable and are online lessons. I went through not just my core electives but also all free electives. I do shift work and am unable to attend the physical f2f lessons. There is 0 quota left for all and I’m just having a headache after spending hours looking and comparing and all.

Can someone who still has access to add/drop lmk what courses are still available? :’) maybe I can pinpoint something from that list

TLDR: what modules are still available in add/drop?

Can only add/drop once?

Hi all.

I didn’t get to add/drop the courses I wanted before submitting. I was under the impression that I could add/drop multiple times until 28 July but it seems I can’t do that?

Can anyone confirm if this is set? Can contacting student services help with this?

Seeing the Doctor for Sleeplessness?

Nearing 30’s and my sleep has never been good, but it has only gotten worse the past few years.

I’m on shift hours (but consistent timing rotationally, no D/D/N/N etc), which may have contributed to it but I love my job.

Tried every single ‘natural’ methods that I know of:

- No caffeine in the day at all (including those with lesser amount such as coke, chocolate, tea)

- No caffeine for a few days

- Keeping room cool and dark, blackout curtains and aircon

- Writing to-do list for the next day to stop thinking at night

- Comfy soft PJs

- No electronics up to 2h before sleep

- Exercise in the daytime (early to late morning)

- When above didn’t work, exercise in the evening

- When above still didn’t work, thoroughly exhausted myself by starting my day early at 7am and went to bed at 9pm. Purposefully put myself through physically and mentally stimulating work (intense exercise, computer work, major cleaning of the house) and still I couldn’t asleep before 2am. I only opened my eyes to check the time on my wearable every 1h or so, with no usage of phone in between.

- Thought maybe I’m exhausting myself too much, tried having a chill day. Still can’t sleep at night.

- Thought of going half-half (moderate chill and intensity), same thing.

Sick and tired of the above and finally tried some Melatonin (1mg despite instructions calling for 2mg). I fell asleep quickly for sure but woke up still feeling not as well rested. I could sleep for 10h and feel kinda okay with some grogginess and brain fog for the next few days despite knowing it’s out of my system in 5h.

Anyone tried seeing Dr for sleep or having sleep test, etc? Please share some of ur experiences or how to go about doing it, prices, etc!

Citric Acid in the Wash

Hi guys! I made a post for my odour rebloom (learned this term right in the post!) some time back and was recommended detergents containing lipase. I’ve since gotten a few different bottles and things are working well (for the most part).

Now, I’d like to add citric acid to the rinse cycle. I feel that my skin has been itchier after swapping to these detergents. I’ve tried adding extra rinse cycles and the issue remains.

Considering I have yet to have the time to stay home and go through a few citric acid cycles to clean my washer, would there be any issues if I add citric acid to the rinse cycle at this stage? Would all the deep rooted gunk come out and stick to my freshly washed laundry, since they would be inside for rinsing?

Let’s say you don’t care about choosing modules that are easy to score to boost GPA, but rather are interested in side quests or modules actually useful in life.

What free elective modules would you choose to take?
