My computer keeps getting connected to homeless-support.net

I stupidly tried pirating Photoshop a few weeks ago and got hacked 😭😭😭 so of course i tried to clean everything using windows defender and malwarebytes. i only installed malwarebytes yesterday, but this notif about my computer trying to connect to this website i've never visited keeps popping up, and for the past few weeks now, I've had various accounts of mine that have detected suspicious activity until now. i'm afraid this is something malwarebytes can't detect, what should i do? is there a way for me to block this website from my computer entirely? thanks in advance to anyone who can help!!

How do you keep yourself (sorta) healthy for night shift work?

Hello! I'm starting BPO work for the first time soon. Need some tips on how to keep healthy, I'm afraid of getting GERD or acid reflux or all sorts of things that come with the lifestyle as someone who has to stare at a screen all night ;w; Thanks in advance to anyone who answers this post! You can answer one question or all lolol

  1. What veggies or vitamins do you take to keep your eyes healthy?
  2. How do you keep yourself awake without relying on coffee or snacks?
  3. Do you know any specific exercises or stretches that could help people who have been sitting at a desk for the whole day?
  4. What time do you go to sleep after a shift? For example, you had a 9PM-6PM shift— do you wait until 10AM to sleep?
  5. How were you able to make your body adjust to a new sleep schedule? Did you need to take any sleeping aids like melatonin? And to those who do take sleep aids, are there any other kind you'd recommend?
  6. What anti bluelight glasses do you recommend buying? Something suitable for a beginner salary first pls hehe but down the line I'm willing to splurge on something quality!
