What’s this sound?

Bought a 2020 SR5 and it’s been having this squeaking sound. Dealer replaced rear right shock, re surfaced rotors, lubed and tightened front sway bar, front control arms upper and lower. The sound is actually worse now. What could it be anyone experience this?

SF team member

Hey y’all, looking for some opinions from people who have worked for State Farm agents.
Let’s say you started working for a brand-new SF agent a few months ago and it has completely gone downhill.

The agency has had around 68% turnover already and we’re basically down to only 2 salespeople now. It feels like there is something new every single day. The agent constantly changes goals, expectations, metrics, priorities, and what we’re supposed to be focusing on.

Teams is constantly blowing up about numbers and data. We have long meetings about performance, get compared to other agents and agencies, and are told that because we’re salaried employees we need to finish our work before going home if we aren’t hitting the goals.

The frustrating part is that when we were hired, the job was presented completely differently. We were told one thing about expectations, culture, goals, flexibility, etc., and now it feels like the complete opposite.

It’s gotten to the point where it feels like the agent sees a new report or piece of data and immediately changes something about how the office operates.
I want to leave, but I’m also wondering if I should stick it out since the agency is still new.
For anyone who has worked for a State Farm agent, is this normal for a newer agency or would you start looking elsewhere?

Interview

Passed the Tesla AI interview and got invited to a 30-minute virtual interview for an Associate Sales Manager role.
Anyone interview for this position recently?
What questions did they ask?
What’s the pay range?
Thanks!
