Im freaking out Is my life ruined? those were the 2 citations on my ticket. Im going to go for a lawyer and get a plea deal but christ 2 infractions from CSP... I dont know where to go from here. I only make 1500$ a month.
Location: California, and I just got a ticket from CHP, i don’t know how bad my life is gonna change for this…
So to begin, I was driving 120+ and I had 3 beers. I’m 17 btw and blew a 0.05. I got cited for 2 things, over 100+ miles per hour and blew under 0.08 as a minor. Car towed too.. i have a job and make 1500$/m average. How much is my total gonna be and and insurance increase and if I’m going to need financial help from family (which I’m trying to get away with not telling them), and should I fight the ticket & go to court? Or CHP rlly will show up for court? No misdemeanor or felony tonight so I got a good deal honestly.. stupid games stupid prizes

I got this 07 750 with 50k miles! Rebuilt too but in 2015, changed the oil in it and fixed chain adjustment when I got it and it shifts and runs fine, im not sure if it has any underlying mechanical issues but the fb marketplace guy had 160 good reviews so I trusted it

I own a Hyundai sonata 2014 with a value of like 6k, if I go and get a used phaeton after selling this and giving a down payment I would only be paying 120$~ a month which I can comfortably afford rn. I was looking into it and it’s 100% a bitch to fix anything that goes wrong but I’m not really accident prone and I’ll check for service history
I was just wondering on average how much to fix any non major issues and after how long of owning it if I take care of it? I’ll deal with the costs of repair and hard to find parts because its super cool
On other bikes I’ve seen & my friends dirt bike these 2 pieces are literally touching each other, and on my Gsxr 750 Theyre quite far maybe centimeters, my friends telling me that’s not good and I can’t find much info if this is normal or not.. anyone know? If it’s normal I’ll just take this down 😆
