BIIB was brought to my attention recently as a possible near-term breakout. What does everyone think about this ticker?

A few months ago I visited Capitola beach after sunset. There was an older gentleman with a telescope set up on the sidewalk just beyond the beach. He was encouraging people to have a close up look at the moon. It was really cool and I’d love to visit again. Does anyone know when he’s there with his telescope?
